View Over Thruscross Reservoir (iol, framed)

This wonderful view lies close to home and was painted on site during late autumn on a cold but bright day, the distant stretch of water in the reservoir being highlighted by the sun against a dark backdrop of trees and fields before the distant fields being again illuminated by a soft sun.
