Limestone Water, How Stean Gorge (mixed media, mounted)

This stream meanders through the Yorkshire dales near to the gorge at How Stean. The rock is limestone, the remains of an ancient seabed, and makes for a fascinating landscape. Painted on site using mixed media for maximum energy and interest.
